Looks good, I like the blacked out tail lights. I've always wondered the difference in people that blackout the entire tail vs. doing all except the brake light. I read some comments saying that it can be difficult to see the brake light during the day if the entire tail is blacked out.
Good work, though!

if you do light coats of it and no more than 3 or 4 then you will be fine i ride with my lights always on and you can even see my lights in the daytime.

working on a subwoofer switch to cut of and on my subs (when my daughter is in the car) it is a factory toyota swtich out the fj. i havent seen this done yet i will post pics of the install once i figure everything to be working. but here is a pic of the switch.

i ordered some 06-09 led tail lights and also finished the mount of the subwoofer switch(my favorite mod i havent seen a 4runner with one yet) i also just ordered kc back up lights for the roof rack.

the old lady keeps asking why i get a package in the mail everyday and why i spend so much money on my 4runner and then i proceed to blame it on this site :D haha thanks for all the great ideas!

but unfortunatly it is that time of year again where i am wrestling and have 0 free time and travel every weekend so the mods will be slim to none until around march :(

that is the switch installed in my car really simple hook up but was kinda costly for all the pieces. i used the sub switch with a tacoma fog light wire connector for the switch i had to cut a lil piece off of it. then just tap into my remote wire goin to amp and there you go. if you would like to do this and need some help just let me know

My stereo build will prob start next summer. I got most of the equipment, just gotta find the time to start fabricating stuff.

BTW, thanks for the offer, I'll let you know.

I meant to ask, does the "Subwoofer" switch light up?

i would like to say yes it does but im not positive. it has one of those slots that you twist the led in but there is no led and there are 4 wires coming from switch from a diagram i say two are for the switch(the two im using) and the other two for the light. i just dont have them connected. ill mess around with it to see if it lights up and let you know
