Write up about routing cable from back to front ?

I know there are photos around, not sure about a write up. Its fairly painless actually.
Pull the driver side kick panel, the drivers side front door seal, drivers side rear door seal and the wheel well storage tray out and you can feed it from front to back and then into the jack compartment and up the rear trim - That's how I ran my wiring to the rear lights on the rack.
If others don't chime in/you need more details I may have a few photos at home.

This is how I routed my CB coax. It's really not difficult, especially if you have a wire hanger or cable snake to help route the wire. You should be able to pull the headliner down just enough to feed the wire over and behind the left rear panel and down to the jack area, from there just use your hanger to feed it up towards the rear door panel and route it down to the kick panels all the way to the front of the vehicle.

No it hasn't its just me being afraid of breaking stuff. Last time I tried to pull a panel off my BMW I ended up breaking a prong, why, because I was pulling from the wrong spot/wrong angle, why, because I couldn't find a good descriptive tutorial/write-up.
So sorry if reading my post bothered you, enough that you had to respond like with such constructivity, but I would rather appear like a noob/idiot/mentally-challenged to people like you rather than breaking or damaging my beloved 4Runner.
Maybe I'm just a noob, or maybe where you born knowing it all ?

i bought a set of interior panel tools similar to this thing on ebay that has saved my bacon multiple times by preventing breaking of clips etc

If you have one nearby, Harbor Freight has similar tools for local pickup. And yep they saved me a ton of trouble on another vehicle.

You really shouldn't have to completely remove any panels except the kick panels on the doors which are super easy to remove and put back. Having one of those rigid wire snakes is super helpful for fishing the cable from the jack area up to the door. You can snag one at most hardware stores.

Routing cable behind tail light assembly
I am new to most aspects of modifying and upgrading vehicles, so I assume that my "great ideas" are actually bad ideas that I'm too ignorant to realize why they are bad ideas. Please point out any problems/flaws in this:
Looking to mount an a WeBoost OTR antenna (4G OTR Antenna Truck Edition | 304415 | 304415) on the drivers side lip of the rear hatch door of my 2019 TRDP. I am planning on using a Comet RS-720 mount (https://amzn.to/37L8LEQ). I want to have it as hidden/clean as possible. While planning how I want to route the cable, I noticed a gap between the driver side tail light assembly and the body.
Would it be possible to run the cable behind the tail light assembly and then behind/under the trim to come out at the bottom the b-pillar area?
