WTB: 2002 Grey Console Lid and a Set of Grey Floor Mats

I have a 2002 Sport Edition with grey cloth seats.
My lid has a few rips in it and needs to be replaced.

Also, if you happen to have a used set of grey carpet floor mats (cargo mat not needed) I am interested but they must be stain-free and be in good to excellent condition.
