WTB: 2005-2009 V8 limited, ~70k miles near Portland, OR

Title says it all. Could be a sport with leather seating and dual zone climate, but I've never seen that. Height adjustable rear suspension would be a plus, but seems rare.

Hello my name is Jonathan. I am actually purchasing a vehicle in Beaverton, OR which is close to Portland. I don't live in Oregon but figured I would send you my vehicle you wanted to buy it and could make a really easy swap for me. I need to sell mine by Sept 23. I have a 2006 4runner V8 4x4 Limited with 111k miles but it's been better maintained than most out of there half her mileage. Blue with grey interior. 2-3" Old Man Emu spring/shocks and brand new tires. Nothing crazy, looks tastefully done. I just posted up an Autotrader ad and was going to post another ad here and saw yours. The only bad things are cosmetic and they are pointed out in the ad, but it is priced very reasonably for such a strong running vehicle. Only selling to grow my business even further. Not sure if the pictures are up on Autotrader yet, or the price change. Really trying to sell it to get into my next car I already put a deposit on and to help with my business.

Lowered my price to $13,000 since I need the money unfortunately. You should look at the pictures. The truck is really clean and well maintained minus the scratch and the backseat, which are very easy fixes. Mechanically the truck is pristine and is up to date on maintenance.
