Hello forum members, I'm new to this forum but I thought I'd give it a try and see if I can find a good, reliable 4runner. I'm looking for a 99~02 4Runner and, to be honest, my budget is very limited. I would consider anything around $4000 or below. I know I may be asking too much but I'd like something with less than 150k miles and in good shape. I live in Mexico, close to Tijuana/San Diego area so I can travel to SD area if something worth it shows up. I speak English but sometimes I have trouble understanding some of the english "slang", so forgive me if I misunderstand some of your comments.

Let's see if I have some luck.
