WTB 3rd Gen 3" front suspension setup

I need to send my coilovers in for a rebuild and have to have my truck since it's my dd. So, I'm looking for a 3" lift setup for the front of my 3rd gen. HAS to be a guaranteed 3" since I run 35's. Preferably cheap cheap cheap and already assembled. Don't care if it's a spacer setup or whatever. Just need something soon to get me by for a week. Let me know what ya got.
