One of my best friends is about to buy his first car and being in high school he also has a budget like me. He is looking for something reliable with little work to have done for less than $4,000. He said if I could find him a 4Runner that he would highly consider it as he loves mine so much even though it is not for sale. I am located in Central New York and you can either respond in the thread or PM me.
