I am a member of the FJ Cruiser Forum and my daughter has a '99 4Runner that I help her with, so I recently joined this forum.
We replaced her rear lower control arms with the Toytec long travel control arms as shown here:

Ran then for a couple of months, but since they have no rubber or polyurethane bushing and we have the Toytec upper rear control arms with no bushings it can make for a fairly stiff and harsh ride. I ended up replacing them recently with an upgraded lower rear control arm with the OEM Toyota rubber bushings made by Sonoran Steel.
I had originally ordered and purchased their rear lower control arm that was rubber bushed on one end and a jonny joint on the other end, but ToyTec was just transitioning to this new upgraded control arm that has jonny joints on both ends (shown in link above) and was more expensive. Toytec sold to me for same price as older model ($300) when this lists for $380.
I currently have listed the pair for $250 or best offer on Craigslist. Would be willing to sell the pair for $200 + you pick up shipping if you have any interest in going that route.
I realize that you are just looking for one OEM replacement with a good bushing, but don't have that to offer. And, I see now that you are thinking of selling your 3rd gen, but it is one option for you. Let me know if that is something that might interest you.
