Well, local dealer has one for $150 so I'd say it has to be less than half that cost in the used market to make it worth my while. What is the condition of your unit and how many miles does the vehicle have?

As far as taking it out, not sure but I can figure it out. When I was looking at the exploded parts diagram at the dealership last week, seems like the entire cup holder is one unit that resides inside the arm rest. So, I need to investigate this a little further.
