Looking to purchase a used but in good to great shape low profile bumper for a 5th gen. I'm indifferent if there are light cutouts but I need to be able to mount a winch on the 4R! Depending on the price point/size, I'll consider a full front bumper!

I'm in Minneapolis through the end of the month, after that Colorado Springs to Denver!
