No mods or upgrades, but I did add the following.

• Husky Weatherbeater Front & 2nd Seat Floor Liners (I still have the factory TRD carpet mats)
• Canvasback Rear Cargo Liners
• AVS Window Deflectors
• AVS Bugflector Hood Shield

I decided to hold off on the repair since I figured it might offer a potential buyer the price discount to fund an aftermarket bumper upgrade! Since the damage has no functional impact, there was no urgency to spend the money. I received an estimate from Toyota ($979.62) which I included as a reduction to the sales price.

It's not really a bubble... As long as there is a limited supply coupled with an excess of demand (Cement's awesomeness), you get premium prices.
