These are the black rails NOT the silver lame looking ones

I assume you mean the 2010-2013 version. The later TEs have the same rack as the current OR's.
 
My 2020 ORP has black roof rails. Replacing with a Gobi rack in a few weeks and looking to sell. Not sure if mine are what you’re after
