Ok, So I got the ADD case out, and I noticed there are three Pig tails, two on the driver, 1 on the passenger. Then manual case only has two, one on each side. The second on the driver side is plugged. Do I need to put all of the pigtails back in, or just the two that fo into the manual case?

Also, How much oil do I put in this, and where? I'm guessing the plug on the back of the case toward the top? I'm guessing it's 75-90 as well?

Heres some Pics of what I was talking about....

The front/left one is the L4 position switch, the rear/right one is the #1 4WD position switch.

If I understand, you're removing the ADD case (3 switches) from your truck and want to put the "manual" one (2 switches) in? If your conversion requires all 3, you'll have to swap switches over. But keep in mind, whatever is in the ADD case that works that engages the 3rd switch may not be present in the manual case.
