XB Halo Brightness Issue

Just noticed that one of my XB LED Halos is acting up. It is considerably dimmer than the other 3 in my setup, and it doesn't appear the in-line LED driver (used a known good driver and 12v source and had the same result). Any other ideas before I tear the lights down to fix? If it is a problem with the halo itself, would it be wise to switch all of my LED halos to CCFLs? I'd like something that lasts longer than 4 months... Thanks!

if i were you, try to get it replace with warranty, you cold always go back to the old stuff with led and defuser ring, or ccfl.

Yeah, I'm really not impressed with these XB halos. Had a driver/regulator fail last month that was replaced under warranty, the SMDs have begun to die one by one, and now I'm having this brightness issue... all in a matter of 4 months

ive had ebay cob led fail on me the same way like you, i think its a quality control issue, manufacture defect, thats why i stay with the 5050 leds, im going to give the 5630 leds a try.
