Not too familiar with the Supernova V4 but the H11 Xtreme LED Pro kit is rated at 1900 stable lumens without a fan (so no moving parts that can fail) as they use an aluminum alloy leaf passive heatsink instead. Additionally, they have a clockable base which allows you to adjust the bulbs as needed in order to get the best beam pattern out of your headlights.
1900 lumens left vs 3500 lumens on the right...

Congrats on the new 4runner! Since you have projector low beams then you can either go with an H11 HID Kit or an H11 LED Kit. Of the two, HID is still the brightest option you can get but if you plan to lift your vehicle or don't need the brightest option then the LED kit would still be a 40% improvement over stock bulbs.
As for the fog lights, I would recommend going with LED. You have a few options here depending on what else you wanted to achieve besides color matching.

how come led if I get a lift? that may be way down the road going to get the use out of the stock pro for now.

Mainly because of oncoming traffic as you wouldn't want a light that's too blinding.

Cyber Monday purchase
I picked up the H11 Xtreme HID (5K) and H16 Xtreme LED fogs(yellow) and finally got them installed this weekend. The fogs were way more difficult for me then the low beams. My passenger side fog was covered by a plastic case that made it difficult to remove the old bulb and impossible to install the new LED. I had to remove it to complete the install. The new LED would not fit with the heat sink spread out. See picture below. Luckily this thing was only on the P_side. Otherwise smooth install and impressive results.

About to place an order for LED low & high beams. On the low, do I need the PVM module? Not even sure what that is? I know I do need the high beam DRL module correct?
I can use the fan style LED’s and have everything behind the dust cap right?

No, you don't need the PWM Module for the low beams. As for the high beams, I would recommend getting the DRL LED Driver since the 4runner has daytime running lights on the highs. With this, it will prevent flickering and allow the LED bulbs to dim in daytime running light mode.
The Xtreme LED Pro kit does not have a fan but instead, they have an aluminum alloy leaf passive heat sink. With the 4runner unfortunately, there isn't enough room for the LED Driver box and wires so you will need to drill a hole in the cover and seal it with the rubber grommet that comes with the LED kit.

yes, that thing is only on the P side. After 30sec dealing with it.. I ripped it the F out. Took me less than 10min to install the H16 Fogs, and they are great. I did the LaminX for daytime look. I also run the HID low beams.

You can actually run the led wiring through the headlight hole already provided under the headlight without drilling into the dust cover. You will need to find a suitable grommet for the wire to pass through and to seal up where the factory grommet used to be. I would use this method to prevent water form getting into the headlight through the dust cover.
Ordered the LED kit for both lows and highs as well with the DRL module. Don't even have the 4runner yet. I hate halogens, and haven't had too much luck with HID kits in past cars. So will give these a go for now. Maybe do the HID kit in the lows if the lights don't seem to be bright enough.

Thanks for your help Danny. Got my LED’s in the mail today. The quality of parts and even the packaging is excellent. Hopefully I’ll find some time next week to get them put on. Can’t wait to see how they look!!

There are pictures in this thread, but wont have my 4runner for at least another two weeks and then i'll have to find the time for the install.
