The XREAS suspension system is a self contained high pressure hydraulic system, you cannot service the components, if a shock pair fails (even if one is leaking, both shocks and the damper must be replaced) all you can do is replace it. If you replace them yourself, make sure you do research, these are high pressure systems and could cause harm or serious injury if you do not take the proper precautions when replacing.
That said, at 100k the valves inside the system are probably worn or wearing out, a good rule of thumb is around 50k tho start considering replacement on average.
