XREAS questions before install

Quick annoying questions.

Having my 1'' Front Budget Booster installed on my 2006 XREAS 4runner

When dealing with the xreas for the install, do I jack up all 4 wheels?

Also, you have to remove the strut assembly to compress the springs, what steps need to be taken to insure the XREAS is maintained?

You shouldn't have to compress the springs. The spacer should sit on top of the assembly. The important thing with xreas is to not disconnect the lines from the shocks. You don't have to worry about all four tires being in the air.

Use this write up, it's the easiest way I've found. This only difference is you'll have xreas lines connected to the socks, so you've got to get a little creative getting the assembly in/out.

You'll need to pull the assembly out, but not actually separate the coil. You don't need a spring compressor just to get the assembly out.

If you folow the link I gave, it shows how to do it without disconnecting the ball joint. Also, no need to disconnect the brake line (but do disconnect the ABS line by removing the bracket connecting to the UCA). When I have done this in the past, didn't need to shorten the studs either.
