Looks SICK! Andy plans for the lugs and the gap in the front bumper?
Im thinking of painting them black or getting some black gorilla lugs depending upon costs.

As for the ARB gap, that has been there since the bodylift was installed and it should be gone by the end of the month if CombatMedic is still available to do the welding for me and should have the limb risers back on when that happens and rock sliders finally put on.

Looks kiiler....Now you need a new and updated avatar pic.

Thnx dude and ya i was gonna change it butit was having issues so itll be up shortly...

Awesome stuff. The LC wheels look like they have less backspacing then the stock 3rd gen wheels. Is that true? And are those 16s or 17s?

im not 100% certain but i believe there is less backspacing with these rims but im 1.25" spacers either way so its not a prob for me... The rims are stock land cruiser (fzj80) rims which only come in 16x8.

Lookin so good man, love those tires!! freshhh. what are they!? fix the gap! haha:banana:

Th gap adds character. It's only for the super cool.

LOL ya like i said earlier in the thread i will hopefully have the gap fixed soon and will finally be able to get the rock sliders out from under my bed... then have been sitting there for over a YEAR. Yikes!

Well today i had the day off and so decided to tackle a project i have been wanting to do for years... it is not complete but im gonna say it is about 80% done. Plan to try to finish it off on Sunday (next day off).

Sweet. In that case I might have to start searching for a set of LC wheels. Do they have any issues with balancing that you know of like the stock 6 spoke wheels do?

Nice work on that box too. Thats a really practical and useful mod

My friend said they were easy to balance but instead of regular weights i used tape weights bc we didnt wanna mess up the new paint job.

THnx man ya when im done the box will look fairly different and almost stock.

Maybe I missed it in the previous pages, but what's your gear ratio and how do the 35s feel power wise.

Good job on the storage platform. Looks good. I been wanting to do the same for a while.

Are you gonna paint the box? Tape weights, huh. Ive never heard of them. Is that something that only select shops offer?

The box isnt completed yet since i plan to make the sides also so it looks almost like the floor so its less noticeable but yes i think im gonna paint some of it with bed liner and the top will be covered with carpet.

Well the tape weights are basically hidden blocks of metal that come in strips and they have double sided adhesive on them and they place them on the inside wall of the rim and can cause issues with clearance of brakes in some cases but i didnt have problems and it helps that im running wheel spacers. Most large shops carry this, just tell them u want this... they can do it, it just takes a bit more effort on their part.

Well i still have the stock 4.10s, the power seems not too bad but not great either... i will be upgrading to 4.88s hopefully soon
