Yellow fog light bulb

... I used to have cheap Luminics pure yellow bulbs in mine, but would advise against that since another member on 120 had those and they melted his wiring harness. After hearing that, I took mine right out.

Do you have the 55w or 80w? He had the 80w. Do you still have them on?

I believe that I had the 55w, and I am totally back to stock bulbs currently.

I didn't realize he had, or they even made, 80w bulbs.

i'll take some pictures later and we'll see. it's not getting dark in another 1.5 hours so i don't really know how yellow are they.

i may take a few shots in my TL in a bit so have an idea of how they will look like in my 4R.

I think HID's are sightly unnecessary for fog lights. I just don't see the extra brightness coming from them actually helping the functionality of the lights.

I have had the NOKYA yellow bulbs in multiple past cars and they have always treated me well with great output, bright yellow color and long life. They're usually $12-25 on eBay or Amazon. Go for it you won't regret it.

I also put NOKYA yellow bulbs in my DRL's... They look really cool when they're off actually, it reflects a cool yellow into the whole reflector housing.
