I doubt its safety. My SR5 has pretty hefty anchors on the floor and side for the stock OEM 3rd row. I know when I install the stock 3rd row seats they will not move during an impact. I doubt the ones shown have as much rigidity and strength sans a major structural retrofit or re-fabrication of bracing of some sort.
Sure, it can be done. But should it, at the cost of safety? I also noticed no info on how it is mounted.

Third row seats are not safe, regardless if they are factory or aftermarket.
Third row seats are in the crumple-zone in most vehicles. That is part of the reason why you never see safety ratings for the third row. Please never let a child that you care about ride in a third row seat.
