Yet Another Build Starting: My Boy Bleu

Background:
My 05 Tacoma blew a ring gear on Thursday, so my plans to sell it and buy a new 4R got reversed. Once I get a new 3rd in & my frame gets replaced, the Tacoma will be sold & funds used on Bleu.

After finding out that Trail Premiums are a unicorn in Texas and virtually impossible to find new, I found this one just outside of Houston with 4700 miles on it.

Kings & Icon UCAs up front
BP51s in back
ARB Touring Rack
RCI Aluminum Skids
SSO front & rear bumpers
Trail-Toys NSA wireless switch panel with a bunch of lights
OEM Audio+ system

Seriously. I'm going to pull the 3rd tomorrow to validate the ring gear failure, but I had enough chipped metal in my fluid that I'm pretty certain that's the culprit.

I've never seen that size on a 5th gen as well, so I was skeptical & put it though the paces. The lift may limit travel enough that it doesn't rub? No idea...

What is huge about 33s? Just a hair taller than a 285/70/17. I find tire shine does make tires look larger in pictures. I put some one mine once ;-)

I've been debating building a set. I've got a few sets of server rack rails used in data center server cabinets that would be more than capable of holding the weight, but my motivation level to build it out is lacking at the moment. Once I sell the Tacoma & get the 85 4R running right, I may.

I lived between Media & WC until 5 years back. I only miss real cheesesteaks, Wawa, and Rausch Creek

It's still an aspect ratio of the width. Not saying I'm right but I always assumed if the width is the same the AR would be the same regardless of rim size.

No kidding? Small world. I grew up in Philly but I live in Glenside now. I work in Wayne though and I'm down in Media a lot to meet clients. I'm on my phone so I can't see your info but where are you now?
