Yet another lift perdicament

I'm in the process of upgrading my suspension and want to get some opinion. I little back ground

2014 SR5 P w/ Third row
Toytec 2.5" spacer lift
Upgraded Bilstein PTR13-35101 on the rear
Bilstein PTR13-35100 on the front
Gobi Stealth
Full RCI skid plates
White-Knuckle Off Road DOM Plated Sliders
SSO Hybrid front bumper
285/70/17 STT Pros

When I go camping at least one or two time a month I load this truck down with the amenities. Because of this I end up with a rear sag. That's to be expected as I know I basically have a beefy stock suspension. The ride is great but I hate the sag.

I have ordered ICON 3" Overland springs and ICON 2.0 rear extended travel shocks. I'm headed to GSMTR in a couple weeks and don't think I will have the funds to purchase coilovers and UCAs that I need for the front of the truck.

My question is will I have issues running the rear suspension with the front lift? I don't want to get into a situation where my geometry is off and I end up tipsy.

Any information would be appreciated

Spend $100 and get the airbags for the rear. That will level you out under load. I think any suspension lift will sag some under load. With the airbags you wont need to install extra stiff coils just to keep it from sagging too much and you can maintain a fairly comfortable ride as a daily driver.

Lol. My joke at your expense. Airbags are a better option because they can be aired up for additional load and aired back down for daily driving. And air shocks are a poor substitute for added lift. Welcome to the forum. :surfer:

Seems like no one really has a clue on what the ride might me like with this hybrid set-up with a suspension on the rear and a lift in the front.

I guess we will see in a couple weeks when I put it to the test. I can't stop myself from putting new hardware on the truck if I have it all sitting in my office.

You'll be fine for a while with just a rear spring upgrade. It just may feel a little weird.
