Yet Another Rear Window Question

New to the site and hoping someone has an explanation or can offer some much needed input. I've done as much Googling and searching as possible, but still no answers.

My 2003 T4R was rear-ended in October 2013. Damage was about $4k. Back hatch was replaced. Since that time my rear window has not worked right. I can roll the window up/down with the main switch on the dash, but the auto feature will not work. My keyless entry remote will only roll the window down about 4 inches, and the key inserted in the back will only sporadically work on the window (no issues with the door lock/unlock feature when using the key).

I have tried the reset for making sure the wiper, defrost, and auto features work, but when I do this reset, it only lasts until the window gets rolled down again, meaning I have to perform the reset on a regular basis if I need the rear wiper.

I have never had an issue solving other minor problems that arise with my T4R, but this one has stumped me. I have taken the interior panel off the back hatch, but don't see any glaringly obvious problems. Wiring appears to be fine.

Any suggestions?

As described in the owners manual roll it down and hold the button for a few seconds roll it up and hold the button for a few seconds. Test it and it should work

I've done this...several times. As mentioned in the post, I have to do this every time I use the window. It never seems to take.
