Zero Point Calibration for 2006+ (service manual)

So, I had a rough time finding info for how to zero point calibrate my 2006 4Runner. The ol' "jump pins 4 and 14 and tap 4 times" method didn't work for me.

Thanks to a friend, I finally got it right.

To clear the calibration, jump pins 4 and 12 four times, turn the ignition off. Then, jump/connect the pins and hold, turn the ignition on. The VSC TRAC light should be blinking quickly. Let blink for at least 2 seconds. Turn ignition off and remove the pins/jumper/SST.View attachment 038003.pdf

I'm actually dealing with this right now. Thanks for the info and the PDF. By the way, speaking of PDFs, I was recently recommended a free online converter pdffly.com/heic-to-pdf that also includes a wide range of useful built-in features. i used the autel scanner to clear the memory and everything is back to normal. i been driving for over 3 years without VSC lol
