Well I'ver been here2.5 years with no build thread to speak of so I figured it was about time. Shes gone through so many changes since I bought her stock it's hard to believe it's taking this long for this thread. I bought her on 12/19/2009 with 47k on her. She has just over 70k now. Anyway, if anyone has any questions about my truck, pics or mods just let me know.

This is how it looked before lift etc.

This was shortly after when I found T4R and caught the GD mod bug....

After that I decided to paint my wheels, it was cool for awhile but anyone who knows me knows that I get bored VERY easily. So instead of sanding these wheels down I bought a new set from a friend for cheap and started over. I also bought a ROLA Vortex rack aroung this time frame as well.

Then I made a custom lightbar with a buddy of mine to mount lights on, like everything else I got bored with it.

The saga continues......

At this point I stepped my suspension game up a little and added FJ trail teams springs and shocks as well as Airlft 1000 airbags to the rear. I also had my HID's in at this point as well....

Here is what I started with recovery gear wise, I've got a ton of stuff now too.

Here is my CB antenna mount setup as well.

I then added full LED's to the interior and exterior.

I then made a custom bike mount that worked great and only cost about 20 bucks... (i've since upgraded my bike as well.

This is about the time I got tired of the black wheels and went back to OEM.

Added a Scanguage 2

At this point I had gotten tired of the DS/FJ/Aitlift setup so I ditched for my OME 885/895 setup which is currently on the truck.

Shortly after that I bought myself the pioneer headunit, CB, and finished my weathertechs and hard mounted maglight....

I bought myself a DSLR camera at this point and ditched the ROLA in favor of a Thule setup. I also added the 285 terra grapplers!

I re added the Rola rack and pulled the front spacer to get a little more rake.

One of the nest mods I have done yet was adding the car seat for my infant daughter.

Aaannnnnddd back to the Thule rack, I also learned some new photography techniques....

And that's about how she sits as of today and will have a lot more changes coming in the near future. I ordered sliders today then who knows what. I have pics of the new BajaRack but they arent in my photobucket so I will have to add them later.

I really like the car seat mod! My daughter Lauren is now eight and she is definitely the best mod I've ever conceived!! Cherish your time with her as you know how things can change in an instant. Stay safe brother!

Ha, I had the rola listed on craigslist and I get a text from a guy in Omaha (4 hours or so from kc) that was interested in the rack. He said he had a Honda crx that he wanted to mount it on, then put 4 wheels on it and drive around. I said it was off a full size suv, and he said he would make the drive here and pick it up. He came down, mounted it up, handed me the cash and I ran! Lol, I didn't want anything further to do with it....

Anyway, I do value the time with my wife and daughter more than anything and we'll all be hitting the trials soon enough as a family. Katie, my wife already wants to take her when she gets a little older.

What are the temp of your HID's? And can we get a picture or two of how they look from the drivers seat? Also do you not have new UCA's? How is your alignment? Thanks!

Thank you sir! Yes it covers the sunroof some, I'll get a pic of that when I leave work here in a bit. The Baja is designed really well though and there is virtually no increase in wind noise over my Thule bike rack setup......seriously. I'm super impressed with it.

The low beams are 4500 k and my fogs are 3000k.

No my UCA's are stock. The alignment is ok at best. It's barely within factory specs but it doesn't seem to wear tires faster or anything like that.
