Assuming it bolts up nice and the holes all line up on my V8 (hence the reason I asked them to take out the trapdoor on mine), it's a lot of steel for a great value. I'm hoping to have it on this weekend...
hows heavy do you think it is?

I'd say it's all of 40 or 45 lbs? I'll make a point to weigh it this weekend for referencing purposes.hows heavy do you think it is?
Another year around the sun for your truly... Shout out to all the members I've helped and friends I've made over the years in the T4R community. It's a good place to be!
Oh, and, I'm wrapping up the skid install as we speak! Stay tuned...
So are you saying it's your birthday?
If so Happy Birthday, I hope you have a great day!:guitar2:
If not, I still hope you have a great day!:bounce:
Nice looking rig!
Did I miss the brake fluid flush?
Purchased a 2008 V8 Limited in Bend Or. with 35000 miles on the clock two years ago. Original tires were on the unit. Noticed immediately pulsing brakes. First job was to replace the brake fluid after driving it home to Alberta. Next the tires were replaced.
Happy cake day! I have obviously been following the build, coming along nicely. Pics of the skid installed or this thread is worthless!! 200k club FTW. My girl is getting close herself we’re about 150k. She runs like the day I bought her 6 years and 60k miles ago. Better actually.

Let's back up to the paint job! Went with a gloss dark gray, because, why not. I think it matches the wheels? It will get dirty and covered in salt/grime, and can always change it up in the future. Full send...
Right on! Yeah, I spent a good bit of time with prime and paint on this thing just because I know how much salt and grime that will sit on the skid over time - be nice not to have to touch it up until I need to... Haha
You've got your own paint booth? Someday when I get a proper garage that's one thing I would like to set up.
