What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

the fit and finish looks nice on those too, very OEM. the toggle and the red are nice features for sure. I tried to order them a while back with the dome light but meso was out of stock for a long time

Mine burned out in like October, I think and I have been waiting. Finally found a site that had them in stock. I really want the dome light, but I am in no rush.

Went and scooped up these off Facebook marketplace:

The dude also had takoff shocks from a Tacoma Trd off-road that he shot me for a good price. My understanding is the rears probably won’t work but the fronts will be a direct fit. Now I just have to figure out if I should just install them as is or toss a 2” spacer on top. I’m thinking that may yield me too much height so I got some stuff to figure out before I get to that.

This reminds me that I’m going to need to find a self serve wash place that has those under carriage washer nozzles. Or, pony up for an attachment to my Active setup. Planning on a lot more wheeling in the future.

How do you like that Auxbeam switch panel?

I really need to get one of those attachments as well. I was spray the best I could with my pressure washer.

Finally got around to replacing my 6 year old battery and installing the ARB twin compressor that has been sitting on my work bench since November. I also did the GM Diode mod to up the alternator voltage for the AGM battery.

Washed Max, our 2021 ORP, black on black. Every wash, I add another layer of nano-graphene detail spray. Comes out very slick. I just tried out he ceramic detail spray that IMJOSHV uses. It too is fantastic. I’ve used Chemical Guys ceramic detail spray and that is excellent as well.

Getting ready to tied down my Prinsu roof rack and connect the ONX6 light bar.

Been reading about RA Motorsports mounts for Prinsu, and wanted to ask…. You guys just use the RA Mounts, or add more silicone or locktite to the bolt threads?

Thanks!

I've been trying to find/create a magsafe mount/charger that was super clean (no wires showing) and out of the way but not hidden in the center console. I have a 9" Pioneer floating screen head unit with carplay so there is no reason to have the phone up high. Finally found a person on Etsy selling a 3D printed under desk magsafe mount Magsafe Desk Mount Works With Iphone 12/13 and Magsafe - Etsy . I just mounted the mount upside down with some 3M double sided foam tap, the angle of the dash is perfect and makes the phone is flush with the dash. The magsafe charger cable is just wound up and secured with a zip tie and the usb-c end is plugged into a right angle usb-c adapter into the cigarette lighter adapter.

Been awhile since I’ve logged on and had time to mess with my rig, yay kids.

Recently added SCS Gen5’s in gloss bronze, was really looking for another option than black rims on my silver paint

Also just installed GTR Carbide headlights.

Not sure why, but I like the bronze on silver the best myself.

Just did my 12000 mile tire rotation, believe these tires will make it another three years. Best thing about these MT's is no tire punctures yet. The thick tread really helps. Frosty beverages really helped in the end. Would be nice to have a 4 point lift, would go a lot faster.
