there were cheap bumpers on ebay last time I needed body parts, you could take a look there for the front.

Before I bought my 5-speed I was looking at parts trucks for $2K and under in various states of disrepair - there are several near me.
Besides the obvious missing body panels, what else does it need?

not really much, the front and rear bumpers are trashed but I have a spare front from my other truck and plan to build a custom rear swingout. Other than that, just a lot of neglected maintance.

yeah, not really sure what that will be. looking into a rhino liner style, I've got pretty limited budget so can't do a proper paint job.
