Where does the Toyota Japan Pen Holder and/or Coin Holder Install?

I ordered a seperate item from this site and had them throw in the Toyota Japan Pen Holder (link below) since it was only $7. I planned to use it to hold my dry erase pen once I do the hamburger tray mod. Does anyone know where it installs?? Looks like it may take the place of an unused accesory switch?

If I remember correctly from an older thread, I believe they install in place of your unused button/switch blanks (the ones next to your center differential lock button) to the left of your steering wheel on the lower part of the dash.

Yup, Luxury has done some clean and tasteful mods.
