I understand that the max lift without big changes is 3 inches. So what would be involved if a person wants to go higher? Are there production parts or is this type of Thing 100% custom.

follow the tail light wires back and look for a short. you might have a wire with the insulation worn off just a little bit.

in the past i have had very bad luck with transmitions. to help avoid this problem i would like to install a analog temp guage in the cab. i have a 1999 limited. now my understanding is the truck already has a tranny temp sensor. so is the job as easy as tapping in to the existing wires and...

thanks guys. all i needed to know was about the rims. i just did 1inch body, got a 3inch suspention and wheel spacers on the way. i think this should all be ok for a start. just ran out of cash. rims will need to wait a bit

are 285 75 16 tires ok on the stock 7 inch rim? or is that getting to narrow

i got a 99 limited 4x4. right after i put fuel in the truck the check engine light came on. could this be caused by over filling or something wrong with the cap? i did not get a vacum woosh when i took the cap off. also is it possible to turn off the light or reset it without a scanner?

Hellow all. I have a 1999 limited and was just wondering if 285/75/16 bf all terain will fit without cutting. I have a 3 inch kit but the more i look the more i wonder. Is 3 inches enough?
