Im looking to put some 18's on my '99 Limited and I was wondering if any one knows of any winter tires that will still fit without having to lift the body. I dont want any low pro's because I will be living in CO and will need a solid winter tire.

My Mileage was like 18 on the highway. It's really easy to clean it only took me like 10 minutes. I'm not sure if they clean the mass air flow sensor or not though when you get it serviced.

Yeah that definately helped a lot since it was pretty dirty. And yeah those were highway miles with cruise on 80

i've got a 99 3.4l v6 with 112k. I just changed my airfilter cleaned the throttle body and the mass airflow sensor. and I just got 190 miles out of half a tank with cruise on 80 while 100 miles over an oil change.

Does anyone have pictures after they made the hole in the dash wider. I dont really want to just start cutting away because im sure that dash trim is expensive and none of the junkyards around here have a woodgrain dash that I could replace it with.

mine is a '99 ltd and the deck I bought is out of a 2005 Scion. It is the same model as this one scion radio

I thought the Scion HU was supposed to fit in the 3rd gen. I just a new scion hu and first found out i need a different wiring harness and that one i go to put the dash panel back on it doesn't fit around the radio. does anybody know how to fix this or have a mod for it?

I am planning on installing the scion radio in my 99 limited and I noticed there are 2 antenna wires on the factory radio. If I unplug one of them the speakers make a wierd sound. So my question is what do you do with the second antenna wire when installing a new radio because I dont think...

they didn't have any 5w-30 available. I went with the quaker state 4x4 full synth in 10w.

What do you guys think of running a 10w-30 full synth oil in the engine as opposed to the 5w-30?

I had my spare tire stolen off my 3rd gen in a valet parking area while i was in chicago. They cut the cable on mine also. I still haven't replaced it.

its not just burned cd's ive been trying. i'll try the lens cleaner

Does anyone know what would cause the stock cd player to just stop playing cd's suddenly in a '99. The radio still works fine the cd player just wont read discs. and is there a way to fix this?
