Instead of paying $100 for Toyota to throw their scanner on my '96, I "rented" one from Canadian Tire. The code displayed P0141, and then I erased it, and presto!, the C.E.L. disappeared. "P0141 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)" Just wondering if anyone has anymore...

Hey thanks! The reservoir was full, so I unplugged the electrical connection, sprayed some electrical cleaner on both the male and female sides and that fixed the problem. I had just used engine shampoo, so some water must have entered the connector. :)
