Wow that sucks and i had no idea. I didnt even know about the gobi racks. Its a shame because Whitson offered a VERY affordable rack in comparison. Well i look forward to seeing what you come up with MStudt. I hope to get a very low profile full length rack at some point this year. Take care

Ok so i replaced my valve cover gaskets and afterwards i was wiping old oil off from stuff underneath my 4 runner and i wiped off my starter and this little rubber part fell off of the bottom of the starter and i cant for the life of me get the thing to snap back on. Its like a little rubber...

Yeah if you are gonna take all the crap off to get to the valve covers you might as well replace those cam seals and reseal those half moons.

Completed Well everything is buttoned back up and so far no leaks. Thanks for the advice guys. Here is a pick of cam gears with the cover off. NOT bad looking for a motor with 166k miles.
