Ok, so I am always burning cd's like crazy, and would like to just hook up a jvc ipod interface deal that just connects through the changer port in my aftermarket deck (yes, its a jvc). I am wondering where you guys think I should make a slot for threading the dock connector for the ipod...

Fixed I filled up the fluid and no luck, but tried putting the window down and then back up and it worked, it must have been not closed all the way like you guys are saying. Thanks

When I turn the back window wiper on, it doesn't even move at all. Even when I try to make the fluid come out by twisting all the way, nothing happens. Does this mean that there is no fluid to clean the windows with? Or how else can I fix this?

I've seen threads about this, but I know there is some way you can change the back seats in the 4runner (99) and there is about a foot more room, can anyone help me with this? Thanks

Hey everyone, down next to the gear (changer? shifter? I dont know what it's called!) The shifter thing with the overdrive button on it, the little plastic pannel with the letters on it indicating what the car is in, isnt lighting up. It used to for awhile but now it just doesnt come on period...

I am going to be eventually replacing the front speakers in the driver and passenger doors, and the tweeters. Nothing, as of yet, for the rear speakers

It's obvious about taking the screws out, I've removed every screw on that plastic piece with the speaker in it and it seems like it is glued in there or something, or maybe its just me being scared of snapping something in half. Either one is a possibility.

I, too, am wondering how to do all this. I removed the door panel and everything, but right now I need to figure out how the heck to get the speakers out to put the new ones in? Am I just missing something? I dont see how to remove the 5 1/4 speaker from that big plastic bracket???

Ok, my side view mirror on the drivers side doesn't look like it is secured all the way near the top (fastener, screw underneath?), and it is kind of popping off. How do I remove it and see what is the problem underneath?

Loud I would like the system to be as powerful as can be, I need a good setup to go with the 2, 12" Kicker CVRs I have, and the a8002v amp from audiobahn.

I am looking to replace the stock sound system in my 99 T4R. I know the door speakers are 6.5", but am not very sure about the rear speakers? Are they 5x7?? I am starting from scratch, all I have right now is a monster amp and monster subs, with some 300 watt tweeters. What do you guys...

My 4runner has almost 116,000 miles on it, I bought it at around 114 K. I have no idea when the timing belt was changed last and never received a manual from the dealership unfortunately.

I am looking to find out when the timing belt needs to be replaced on my 99 4x4 6cl., can anyone help me out on this? Thanks

I think it's working, every time the engine is started or killed you can hear the motor just running and running but it must not be catching on to something?
