Leaning towards Toytec 3" suspension or SS 1.2 kit. In regards to wheel tire combos, what size is good, 16" rims like stock or a little larger? Would 31's be too small for a 3" lift?

Guy I know at local Toyota dealer said $250 with parts. Is that a good enough deal to keep me from doing it? Looks like a lot of s!*# to remove just to get to the covers.
