I'm looking for some help on a issue my '02 4Runner has been having. My gf usually drives it but about a month ago I drove it around town with the windows down and noticed a noise in the front end. It sounds like a thin metal tapping sound from the center of the front end. It doesn't appear till around 25mph and gets faster with the revolution of wheels, also stops if I make a rt hand turn. I originally thought brake pads but they are fine so I took it to two different shops near me and they said everything looks good, not sure what it is. It is very annoying and I want to fix whatever it is before it leads to a bigger problem. Any thoughts on what it may be?
