My slow build thread. So far I have done the following.
T-Belt and water pump. Done by a shop.
Reman Trans( 60 miles after I bought the rig the tranny detonated.:wow::wow
Co Worker helped me put the new one in, took 6 hours.
Wrangler Duratracs 265/75/16
Cobra CB with ball/spring mount antenna.
Generic AGM battery.
All fluids changed.
Lower 1/4 of the body Herculined. Didn't do the bumpers as I want to get tube bumpers.
Going to do the rest of the body flat tan, smooth tan bed liner. Durabak.
Next up is a fuel filter change and I am saving for a OME suspension, 2.5" lift with the med springs.
Last photo is from Jawbone Canyon. Moments before I had one wheel on each side off the ground. Note that if your sun roof is open...and you spray sand and rocks just right gunning the gas...you will get a sand shower.
