Is there any way to get new pullies, or grind down the stock pullies just a tad bit to up the boost? That would push you closer to 380 I would think...

Man, just talking about all that HP & Torques get's me all excited...

I'm thinking 10 from my Borla, and 2 from my TRD filter. Still an est. with the 118 the TRD says you're suppose to get, and the stock 235 the V8 pulls.

235+10+2+118= 365 Ponies

Just take a drive in your M3, should take care of the bug...

We're picking up a friend's new M3 from Minnesota and driving it back down here to Arizona - needless to say we're going to take the scenic route...

Can a supercharger for the 2003 still be bought or did they stop making them?

They are no longer available from TRD for a V8 and will not be offered again. The only way you'll find one is to buy it from someone who got it before they were discontinued.
