Just a quick question... I've done quite a bit of searching through this forum and have been unable to find anyone with this type of rusting. My 4Runner has 130,000 miles, and am curious to know if this is typical of the '03-'09 Runners? I'm going to assume it is rusting from the inside, as there was no paint damage before. It has now started on the other side of the license plate location. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
