I have been trolling through the forums about this for sometime but I still wanted to make a post to get some fresh ideas of how to proceed to get this issue resolved. I have a 04 4r and I have been having this issue for about a year now. Initially I have been having my check engine light come on very rarely probably once a month, of which I took to my mechanic or Autozone and get it erased. As it started getting more frequent approx every 2 weeks I just purchased my own. Fast forward to now I get it almost daily where I reset it myself usually at red lights while I am driving. The most annoying part about it is not the check engine light, it is the vsc being disabled. also in the beginning it was just bank 1 that was out now its both bank 1 and 2, prob reason why its more frequent.
I am looking now to correct the problem and I have been hearing of several ideas that can help resolve the problem.
First approach checking the gas cap and make sure its tight and there is no airflow. Possibly get a ring around the cap making sure there is no air leakage.
Second is the seafoam additive. Put it in through the vacuum line and in the gas tank. Basically try to clean out all the carbon deposits in the car.
Third is changing o2 sensors. This is something that I will probably do. I have read that the post cat o2 sensors can go bad and give false po40 codes. Now should I go ahead and change all the o2 sensors? because the last time I replaced an o2 sensor had to be around 80k miles ago at least, and that was only one sensor.
Lastly change the cat, Magnaflow:

Question with this do I still need to replace my o2 sensors anyway or will the new cat need different sensors or come with sensors?
