04 SR5-new lift and tires

Hey guys-

Well, got the daystar 2.5/1.5 on and just got the new tires put on Saturday.

BFG AT KO 275/70/17

What do you think?

Looks great!

Do you have any scrubbing? I'm thinking about upgrading to 275s next time.

It did as soon as I got the tires at full lock on the drivers side.

Mainly in reverse at full lock...Yesterday I removed the mud flaps up front, and cut the plastic on each side on the front side of the tire. About 15 mins of maintenance and no more rubbing.

Oh wow that looks sweet! I want to do something like this so bad but will wait till i need new tires to do it. I just wanted to level it though, how are those tires you got though? I've heard good things about them.

Looks good man! Any plans to remove the running boards? I'm waiting on the DS 2.5 kit when it comes in I'm taking them off mine. What if any mods you got planned next?

so far so good on the tires...Just had them since Saturday so the verdict is still out.

Addict- the running boards are probably my next removal (maybe this week if I get some time).

I'm debating on adding a new rack/basket to the top. I really need something low profile. I park in a parking garage at work and witht he factory rack, lift and tires, I have about 4 inches clearance right now. I just dont want to have to take on and off all the time. I'm seriously thinking about welding something together myself...doesnt get any better than true custom, right!

I've seen so many awesome mods on here there is so much more I want to do, just debating on where to go next...probably headlights...suggestions?

I was kicking around the idea of this size tire for my 08, but I would guess there would be a substantial amount of rubbing with my SpiderTrax and that size tire. I have zero rubbing with 265/70s, DS2.5/1.5 & spiderTrax right now with very little front fender trimming and the inner fender pushed slightly forward like it shows in the link below.
