:dammit: dude that sucks. What sac state said is right, looks like there were driving it in such a way to result in less than 16MPG. Make sure you get all the drugs/coke out, for fear of your children. Now that you found who did it ... :behead:

I agree. Our insurance company cut a check one week after the vehicle was stolen, no questions asked. You don't know what was done to the vehicle while they had it. IMO you should not drive it anymore. Just not safe for you or your family. Also, you will probably end up with a branded title, rebuilt, salvaged etc. That creates even more problems you don't want to deal with. Just be glad you don't live here, I'm just waiting my turn for someone stealing my car...

Glad to hear you found it, sad to hear it was abused. At the very least I would expect the insurance company to pay to have it mechanically inspected for any abuse, and repair it, including suspension damage from rough driving.
At the most, they might buy it off you and you can go get a new 07, but I find that unlikely.
If the thing only shows that it was driven a bit harder just by the average Range reading and they find nothing else wrong, no body damage, no suspension damage, engine checks out ok, they probably wont do much other than re-key it and fix up the interior and any blemishes in the paint.
I could be way off though, I've never dealt with a stolen vehicle before so Im not sure exaclty how they'd handle the situation. Wishing you good luck thoug that it goes in your favor....:beer:
