'06 Parts available when? Love those Sport Tubes!

I like them, but they look a little out of place on there. I think it would look awesome with black tubes.

Even though I think it looks cleaner with the running boards, I think this gives the truck a meaner appearance and allows me to have steps for others to get in. I think the look w/o running boards is by far the best but oh well...

Also, I did not like the chrome in the back and front and none in the middle. I know the bars aren't chrome or polished but this is a consideration for the near future.

They're OK, but I still think the stock ones are more useful for getting up high when the need arises.

The tubes don't look any higher to me. Do they actually have a higher clearance - including the brackets?

The tubes are actually higher than the running boards. See the before and after pic and try to see how the board sits lower than the bar. Also, a lot of after market bars tend to hang lower than these, leaving a bigger gap between the truck and the bar.

These were a steal for $100 shipped.

I like them a lot more then the black ones. One of the main reason's is because they sit up higher and tighter against the body. That and the silver will match the roof rack really well.

Exactly, they sit higher and tighter against the body of the truck. My roof rack is actually black so I can't get away from all the black in the center of the truck w/o these bars.

Wow, that is a steal. Nice find! I think the tubes give it a more "Aggressive Offroad" look, and the factory ones give it a more "luxury" look (despite the black ones looking like they should say "Playschool" on the side ).

LOL, actually my black ones say "Playschool" on the side. You just can't see the engraving in the pics I posted.

so are these xterra step tubes? because i can pick some up at the local junk yard, ill just have an issue mounting these on

personally i would want these step tubes on my 4run over the running boards, anyone wanna do a swap?
