06 v8 maintenance estimate

I have an 06 V8 Sport. I bought it with 56K miles on it and currently have 106k. I bought it from a reputable Chevy dealership. It has given me no problems at all and have changed the oil every 5 to 7 K with full synthetic. It has an encased transmission. I don't know how often the transmission needs serving ( I occasionally pull my 17 ft Cape Horn and other than that my wife drives it daily) but I am thinking at most every 100K. I got a quote form a reputable dealership to flush/service it for 325$. I'll also assume the timing belt needs to be changed at 100K. I was quoted about 950$ for that. Are these two prices what I should expect? Can anyone tell me what I should pay for the transmission flush/service and replacing the timing belt? Thank you!

Do some looking around for tranny service & belt is usually done with water pump while its down but ya service on tranny is ballpark !

The flush seems a little high, at least compared to the prices I got quoted.
But I'm in Maryland. If the Timing belt change INCLUDES the water pump (It's right there...) then the price is close to what you'd expect to pay.

Toyota says the sealed transmissions are a lifetime fluid, but that's not true.
And being that you tow and you're in the hot stop and go of Florida, I would make it a priority to get done.
As for a reputable dealer doing the transmission work- make sure they're using the correct transmission fluid, which is Toyota WS fluid.
