Damn you concrete pole... y u no move??? :frusty:
While backing in couple days ago my side mirror blinker lens *touched* one of the concrete poles and the whole assembly popped apart..
Luckily no broken clips on anything, and mirror was saved from being a million pieces by dangling on the electric connection for the heating element

Mirror clips on this motor base mount
Bottom portion comes off after 2 screws in one piece and houses the flood light
Good as new!
Observations:
-Side mirror assembly clips are pretty robust!
-Surprisingly little in the way of insulation between side mirror components
-OEM parts is how Toyota truly makes $$.. You have to buy the whole LED assembly and it ain't cheap!
