12v air compressor for off road

I have the viair 88p. It works fine although we tried to use it recently in a garage at about 0 degrees and it wasn't doing anything much....not sure if that's normal for a compressor like this.

I just set up a ARB compressor in the back of my 4runner. Wired, Switch and works great. Takes about 2 min to fill each tire.
