'14 SR5 Premium - Mods??

2014Runner

New member
What's up guys? Just picked up my first 4Runner - 2014 SR5 Premium in Nautical Blue Metallic. I know everyone has had mixed feelings about the 2014 refresh. IMO it looks amazing and a lot better than in person than in the pics.

Anyways, what would you guys rank as the top mods? I ordered OEM running boards, auto start, hitch receiver/D-ring, and a nice tow strap... It's on my list to get some nice rubber floor mats for the salty Midwest

Love the color!

For what it's worth, I just installed front weather tech mats and am really happy with them.

Just be careful on the forum here... You'll end up modding everything on your 4runner in no time! I swore I wasn't touching this car and already have suspension parts waiting for it. :)

top mod would be new tires the stock ones suck. check out the tire guide and there is a lot of info in the stickys

If you don't need a big lift, then Bilstein 5100s all around with the front set to 0.85 or 1.75 to level it and reduce the T4R nose dive. Then Air Lift 1000 air bags if you are going to carry much or tow a trailer. This is what the other blue looks like with Bilsteins at 0.85 and 5 psi in the air bags.
