16" wheels and Offset question

I need a response QUICK from anyone who has the knowledge to answer. I can get 4 steel wheels with the same lug pattern as my 17" alloys, but the offset is different. I want a 16" set of winter wheels, and rubber, the offset of those wheels is about +25mm. The stock 17" alloys are +10mm offset. Is there a problem with this? I don't plan on going to a larger diameter tire.
