I have a 2006 SR5 with the standard 16 inch stock wheels. If I want to upgrade to the 18" stock wheels is it a straight swap? Do I have to get larger brake rotors? Is the bolt pattern/offset the same. IF so anybody have rims they would like to sell?

4th gen Limiteds came with 17" rims for 2003-05 and 18" for 2006-09. Some Limiteds have the bigger 13.3" front brakes found on the Sport Edition, while others have the smaller 12.6". The 13.3" front brakes will not clear 16" rims. But all 4th gens use the same bolt patterns and can fit 17" or larger wheels without issue.
You would need to measure the rotors.
I used a bubble level that I placed on top of the rotor and set a tape measure (extended) right below it. Then I placed the bubble level on the bottom of the rotor against the tape measure. I used the bubble level to reference the measurements and ensure that it was parallel and not skewed, compared to just using a regular straight edge.
The other alternative is to check for the casting letters on the calipers. In the frozen caliper thread, a member posted the casting letters for the 12.6" rotors and 13.3" rotors.
