1985 4Runner Sale Price??

Hello I purchased an 85 4Runner about 5 months ago or so and have done alot of maintenance to it. I will be needing to sell it due to another addition to the family and was wondering what you guys think of a good price to start at when i post it for sale. Here is a list of what is done to it. I will have to get pics tomorrow when it is daylight.

1985 4 Runner:

front axle has been completely gone through and new seals bearings everything

Old Man Emu steering stabilizer.
3in Skyjacker lift kit with Skyjacker shocks
32in procomp tires

Trans:
5 speed
clutch replace by previous owner
budbuilt single transfer case crossmember
bomb proof transfer case mount
new u-joints on both driveshafts.

Rear Axle:
rear disc brake conversion with line lock
new seals, bearings
4in Skyjacker lift kit with Skyjacker shocks.
Powertrax Lockright locker.
Full Alignment and tire balance
32in procomp tires

The body isnt in the best shape, all the windows are good, the rear window rolls up and down, no rear wiper, seats are in good shape, dash cracked, no radio, no a/c, heat works.

Sounds like it's in good shape mechanically. Lack of a radio and a rough body is going to keep you out of the big bucks though.

These things vary by area and by season, but you could be anywhere from $1500 to $3000, depending on what "not in the best shape" means.

Sounds about right.

On the east coast there was a very nice 85 with ~125k that looked incredibly clean. I think it went for a little over $5k.

I hesitated because it was ~4h away. By the time I finally called it was gone. That was only a matter of days. It got snapped up quickly.

There was an absurdly clean 85 on eBay a few months back with ~150k. Sold for about $10k.
